Today one of my coworker stopped by, asking me "When do you want to be Hai Gui"? It is funnly as he is Indian.

Ya, after staying at Oracle for almost 5 years, it is time to seriously consider career movement.

Should I go back to China? Should I stay in the USA? It is such a hard question for me to answer.

I started my job searching last week. I focused on three areas:
* Bay area
* Chicago area
* Seattle area

Hopefully I will have some good news to post soon.
