Anxiety at work

In the last 4 months, so many colleagues left my team due to many different reasons.

* Two of them were laid off right before the fiscal year ends. One is my good friend and my stock pal. We discussed a lot about stocks.
* My manager and another manager internally transferred to ST.
* Two of my co-workers left in the last month to join other companies.

With the peoplesoft deal looming, we become more and more concerned about our team and our future.

Uncertainty is really painful experience.
